Provide periodic reporting to Claims Operations Senior leaders.Track action items and deliverables and ensure delivery of items in a timely manner. Research and understand client specific needs.Stay abreast of regulatory requirements related to employee welfare benefit plans, FML and State leave regulations, STD and LTD contract provisions, and Matrix/RSL specific processes and practices.Participate in internal meetings with business partners to provide consultative support in the identification of process gaps and enhancement opportunities.
